Hewlett Packard
Hewlett-Packard developed an innovative technology solution promising to redefine the TV broadcast industry, and we stepped in to blueprint their global go-to-market strategy.
We studied readiness of key markets around the world focusing on media consumption patterns, penetration of digital TV platforms, adoption of home networking and usage of high-end mobile applications. Interviewing media giants in the US, Europe and Asia enabled us to suggest product modifications to suit current industry standards. Upon identifying the most suitable markets to launch their technology, we studied TV viewing and media usage patterns in these markets to design applications and features most attractive to TV viewers.
The technology solution is currently ready to be piloted and user tested.

Wipro Technologies
Wipro Technologies, one of the world's leading offshore IT services companies, invited us to identify the core value proposition of their enterprise solutions, define their positioning in the global IT services space, and design their communication. The key is to effectively communicate what Wipro has already proven; That Wipro is on par with leading global consulting firms when it comes to consulting, and superior in execution than the pure-play offshore providers.
To identify Wipro's value proposition, we studied project execution details, talked to clients and Wipro consultants working on projects around the world. To arrive at the right positioning, we tracked key competitor strategies, understood client expectations and studied changing trends in customer needs.
With a clear picture on Wipro, its competitors and the market, we are designing and executing a customized communication plan.

Indian Space Research Organization
The Indian Space Research Organization was looking for input on how to reduce the 'fear of science' among school students, the prime reason for a sharp decline in the number of students opting for science courses at higher levels. We suggested a mass media campaign that will excite school students about science, generate curiosity to learn and alleviate the fear of science.
Conducting internal studies had revealed that films, sports and music are highest interest areas for Indians between 8 and 17 years of age. We suggested programs on national television that combine sports and science. We were commissioned to produce these programs.
We scripted and produced programs that explain fundamental concepts of science using sports metaphors. Science was explained using live sports footage, interviews with successful sports persons and high quality graphics and animation.
The series was on national television every Sunday morning from January till May 2006. Highly popular amongst today's youth, each episode generated an average of 2000 viewer responses.

Career Launcher
When South Asia's fastest growing Education Corporation wanted to project itself as a leader in the test preparation market in India, we designed and executed a media campaign on multiple platforms – TV, internet and mobile phones.
We conceptualized TV programs aimed at students preparing for key tests. We sold the concept to leading news channels, and provided them script and production assistance in return for projection of our client as the subject expert. We designed and executed mobile phone contests and Internet interactivity features for students while promoting them through TV programs.
The successful multi-platform media campaign continued for six months. The TV presence, mobile participation and internet interactivity provided the right platform for Career Launcher to project themselves as the leader in Indian test preparation.
Leading Venture Capital firm
A leading Venture Capital firm was evaluating an Indian technology start-up for early stage finding and called upon us to conduct the marketing due diligence to help them make an informed investment decision.
We studied the company's product, its applications, and understood the market needs it was addressing. We projected changes in market conditions and technologies, and its consequent impact on consumer behavior. We also forecasted the pace of change in order to understand the opportunities and threats to the product being evaluated.
Acting on our advise, our client has adopted a phased investment strategy, and is closely monitoring market changes for future funding decisions.
